Bosques Flats is a housing Project with 06 units located in Materiales de Guerra # 9, Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico City. Save this picture!Ground Floor PlanThe Project is located on a rectangular site of 200.00 sqm, which has only a street front of 10 meters and is 20 meters deep. The building has three floors plus one basement. The basement is destined for parking and the last three floors are destined for housing, having 06 apartments in total.  Save this picture!© Diana ArnauThe site is located on a big slope, so we took advantage using the low point to enter the parking and the high point for the pedestrian access, giving the façade a nice contrast.Save this picture!© Diana ArnauThe biggest challenge of the project was to make the most of the site having to accommodate two apartments of 65 sqm. in each floor and having only 160sqm. of available surface on a 10 x 20 meters site. To achieve this, the first step was to give the project a lateral patio which works both as an access to the building as well as a lightning and ventilation area.  Save this picture!© Diana ArnauFrom this patio people can access their apartments which are distributed one on the front and another on the back. Also in this patio we can find the stairs that connects every level. This area has wooden floors that allows light to reach every level.  Save this picture!© Diana ArnauThe penthouses have double high space, having the living room downstairs and a studio upstairs from which you can access a private roof garden with an open view to the landscape.Save this picture!© Diana ArnauThe apartments on the front have a terrace in which we used a wooden shutter system that gives more privacy to the bedrooms. This shutter helps the façade to have great diversity depending on how each apartment wants to use it.Project gallerySee allShow lessLVC School / Nomena + Patricio BryceSelected ProjectsEaster Eggs Designed By ArchitectsArticlesProject locationAddress:Materiales de Guerra, Lomas del Chamizal, Cuajimalpa, 05129 Mexico City, Federal District, MexicoLocation to be used only as a reference. Door-To-Door Vaccination Not Possible: Centre Tells Bombay High Court

first_imgNews UpdatesDoor-To-Door Vaccination Not Possible: Centre Tells Bombay High Court Sharmeen Hakim21 April 2021 8:52 PMShare This – xThe Central Government has cited several reasons for the non-feasibility of door-to-door vaccination for the elderly in an affidavit to the Bombay High Court. The division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni is hearing a PIL seeking door-to-door vaccination for senior citizens above 75-years, specially-abled persons, and those suffering from serious illnesses and diseases. The affidavit filed by Satyendra Singh, Under Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, to oppose the plea stated that the National Expert Group on Vaccine Administration (NEGVA) for Covid19 has been guiding all aspects of the vaccination drive. He said that door-to-door vaccination was not possible for the following reasons, In case of Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI), there might be a delay in reaching the health facility, and managing that case may not be as per requirement; There may be challenges in maintaining the protocol of observation of the beneficiary for 30 mins after the vaccination. The vaccine will be placed in and out of the Vaccine carrier for each vaccination thereby increasing chances of contamination, moreover, exposure beyond recommended temperature could affect the efficacy of the dose and increase the chances of Adverse Events Following Immunisation(AEFI), which will be detrimental to vaccine confidence and program performance. High vaccine wastage due to the increased time to reaching each beneficiary. It may be difficult to follow protocols of physical distancing during door-to-door campaigns. The affidavit further clarified that an attached ICU is not necessarily required, as the occurrence of AEFI is fairly rare. The treatment for AEFI is provided free of cost at Public Centres, adding, that the centers have trained professionals to take care of medical management post-vaccination. It mentioned that the process for registration is available at During an earlier hearing, the HC questioned how political leaders in Maharashtra were getting vaccinated for the Covid- 19 virus at home, when even the President and Prime Minister of the country was going to the designated centre, in the absence of a uniform door-to-door policy.
